Lifetime. Fully Transferable. 

All Falcon Design products are covered for life against defects, malfunctions and breakdowns under normal use. If your product stops working under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

This warranty applies worldwide. It is fully transferable and continues when ownership of the product changes.

Falcon Design is a trading name of The Blue Group Limited, which provides this warranty. Our address is Unit 10, The Tanneries, East Street, Titchfield, Fareham, England, PO14 4AR.

But Don't Take The Micky!

We emphasise the phrase ‘normal use’. So, if you break something seeing if it looks pretty under the wheels of your new big-boy truck, that’s on you. Or if you fancy yourself a gunsmith but you end up doing a Clarkson and hit it a bit too hard with a hammer, just be honest with us. We also don’t cover parts for normal wear and tear, so if you’ve shot out the rifling in your barrel after 10,000 rounds then you’re bang out of luck.

Whilst we mean it when we say DTTM, please don’t let that put you off submitting a claim. We want all of our customers to be happy with our products and we will do as much as we can to help you.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is additional to your statutory rights and does not affect them. You may also have rights against the seller if your product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Those rights apply independently of this warranty.

Making a warranty claim

Complete the form below with your contact details, the product name and a description of the issue. Photographs or video are helpful but optional.

We will review your claim and explain the next steps. Please contact us through this form before returning your product.

If we require the product to be returned, you pay the return shipping initially. Once we confirm that the claim is covered by the warranty, we will reimburse that return shipping cost.

If you manage to break one of our products doing something spectacular but not quite in the spirit of normal use, let us know and you may qualify for a prize and a feature on our social media!
