All of our products are fully covered for life against all defects, malfunctions and breakdowns.  If it stops working for any reason under normal use we will fix it or replace it free of charge.  

But Don't Take The Micky!

We emphasise the phrase ‘normal use’. So, if you break something seeing if it looks pretty under the wheels of your new big-boy truck, that’s on you. Or if you fancy yourself a gunsmith but you end up doing a Clarkson and hit it a bit too hard with a hammer, just be honest with us. We also don’t cover parts for normal wear and tear, so if you’ve shot out the rifling in your barrel after 10,000 rounds then you’re bang out of luck.

Whilst we mean it when we say DTTM, please don’t let that put you off submitting a claim. We want all of our customers to be happy with our products and we will do as much as we can to help you.
